Well, D7000 doesn't have swivel screen. So can't call it KO 60D, not on every aspects anyways.
Obviously, with the 60D being a video focused camera, but without continuous AF for movie mode... is totally dropping the ball on Canon's part. D7000's magnesium frame is also a + compared to 60D.
If one wants continuous video AF, then D7000.
If one wants swivel screen, 60D.
With the removal of micro-AF adj and other stuff, it seems serious APS-C photos seems to be reserved for 7D/D300s
Would be interesting to see what "NEW" features to the D300 replacement ..
Sensor .. as expected, new 16MP from Sony .. 39/9 pts AF system is cool, not sure if the next D300 will do the same, so leave the 51/15 for higher end FF model. (I suggest so .. )
Surprise .. with Nikon "up high" pricing system lately, the 35 F1.4 is only $2K! ($400 less then 24G) and 200VR is $6K, 1K less then Canon!
So sweet. 35 and 85 released within a month. Nikon people are very happy for a while. I think when D3s sensor is in a D700 body. Lot of people will be set for gear upgrades for many years.
That is unless Nikon releases D4 with 2 more stops of dymanic range, haha. (I seriously need to start making some money on my photography so I can buy buy buy.)
