hiring Chinese Nanny

My mat leave is over soon and I am hoping to hire a PT nanny to watch my kids (now 28.5 M and 8.5 M) and do some minor housework when I go back to work. I started looking (asking people for referral; I was hoping to find a "auntie-type") when baby was 3 months, no luck so far. I was just introduced to a few websites (care.com, nannyservices.ca, canadiannanny.ca) but I much prefer Chinese (from HK the best) coz you know, we Chinese have our own unique way of taking care of kids and my daughter loves Chinese soup so hopefully I will find a nanny who knows these things. My friend had horrible experience hiring someone (tried a few actually) from China and it was through an agent so I don't know if I can trust those companies posted on mingpaovan classified. Sigh. How I wish there's somewhere I can find ads of Chinese nannies... or I may end up hiring local "bun bun" who worked in HK previously... o and the avg wage? Any input on this would be greatly appreciated!! TIA~!

Heard that around $15 per hour...not cheap...

if i have two kids I'd rather be a stay home mom...

I think for two kids need to add some money, not $15 but really depend on their experience....is really hard to find even looking for some local....
