要搞環保政策嘅話，有好多野可以做，換 CFL 只係其中一個微不足道嘅 gesture。而且，CFL 含有水銀成份，用完之後一定要得到識當回收同處理先至唔會破壞環境同影響自己。另外，Bowtie 個政策要完全取締 incadescent 燈膽其實並非上策，因為響啲經常開關嘅情況之下，CFL 燈膽會好短命、死得好快。而因為 CFL 嘅成本同售價都高過 incadescent 燈膽好多，所以響果啲 application，其實用返 incadescent 燈膽更為化算，亦更為環保（因為少咗垃圾）。

i didn't say 慳電膽 didn't do its job, but why not other 環保 products.  the big one may cost little more, but it will save more 電同慳 more money wor.

plus 慳電膽 is really 環保?!?  some people said no, because it contains mercury.  it does 慳電 but it cost more work when you dispose it, so will it cancel out the 環保 part?  and medical report has proof that 慳電膽 is not good for people who has skin problem, like eczema.

in our household, we are switching to LED already. We buy online and so can hk people, I dont see why you have to buy old technology from 莫錦泉慳電膽大王 when there are many other options. This story is just **** picking.

don't you know 電燈公司 has guarantee profit.  if they don't make enough, they can just simply request to increase the price.

冇錯! 小弟凡事都向好果方面諗, 我信bowtie係冇私心. 但係, 呢次真係幾樣衰law, 可唔可以醒少少一早出黎聲明番個關係.
一早講左既話, 小弟覺得d 市民唔會咁大反應law, 呢d 就係好明顯睇得出bowtie 既政治觸覺低喇, 佢都係適合做公務員多d.

My brother buys them online, I'll have to ask him for the link and get back to you. Canadian Tire also sells them but more expensive.
