I usually cook dinner in 20-30 minutes. So I will have left over for the next day. Last night I had steam tofu w/ scallop on top, stir fry pork slices+bean spout, and  broccoli.

The 15 minute congee is really good!!! I want to try that!

So I just put 200g of rice under water and then the whole thing to freezer. Do I have to wait until the whole thing turn to "ice"?
And when I boil it, do I need to open lid and stir occasionally?

I didn't make the goat cheese or the baguette at home. But I put this sandwich together. Does it qualify as making?

I didn't know if my explaintion will work or not.
What I mean is: I didn't use home made cheese (yes you can make your own cheese) nor bake my own bread. I bought them from from a store.
Then I made a sandwich for myself at home before I go to work this morning. And brought it to work.
So that's food made fast. Not fastfood.

I put fake crab meat + self-made-tobiko-spicy-mayo.

then , the fast food should refer to resturants

so the congee or salad is not really cook in 15mins, because there is preparation time on top.

I tend to do things in systematic way
1. Soak 1 kg of rice for 2 hours
2. Drain rice, divide into 5 portions, wrap in plastic and freeze
3. Whenever you feel like cooking congee, bring 3 Litre  of water to boil,
    add frozen rice, bring back to boil, turn heat to medium, cook 14 minutes
If you like to add some Fu Jok and gingko nuts, then it would take longer.
