My brother bought his LED bulbs from many place, Walmart, Rona, Home Depot, Canadian Tire and ebay. He said Walmart is the cheapest for store but ebay is even cheaper but he's too lazy to dig through his emails to find the link. He says they are quite popular and out of stock most of the time though.
