Do you want to do that at Richmond?  You could contact 字典仔 who's shop is at No. 5.  字典仔 is an older timer LYK but he didn't come visit often.  I could message you his number.

My brother took his car to 字典仔's shop for inspector before purchasing recently and he did a more then perfect job for us.

My brother bought his car privately.  So after our initial check up, we then asked the previous owner to setup an inspection at 字典仔's shop (we paid for that either the deal goes thru or not).  He managed to find a few minor issues for us and we know for sure the actual condition of the car.

If I want to buy a used car from car dealer, can I ask for pre-sale inspection?

Dealer of the major brand name?  Or those 2nd hand car dealer?

It is your own call.  If you insist and they agree, then you could ask them to bring it to your requested shop for inspection.
