U know what ..  we all like to buy a house with "VIEW" ...  and VERY EXPENSIVE to buy ....  

But .. after 1 yr .. or 2 yr ..  may be 3 yr ..  Nice view doesn't matter anymore ....  may be just once a while? (ie firework etc)
It is still nice to have, but I just dont like West 9 location, to close to Tai kok tsui and lai G kok ...

One reason we bought out house, was the Rockies Mountain view ...  but after the first year ..  we rarly look outside.. (still nice sometimes, during sunset..)

But I guess it is all about marketing and  ..  mainlander like west 9 is the fact, and pump up the average per sq ft price ..

You know what, Tai kok tsui and lai G kok is not that old to preserve. Later, it will all be redeveloped. I grew up in that area and I lost my way when I went back there after 10 years.
