日本天皇瓷盤“無釣魚島” 百年珍寶證主權

據台灣TVBS報道，台北一位黃先生表示，當年在1896年日據時代時，他的祖先是台南的望族，曾從第3任日本總督手上受贈一個瓷盤，已經傳承6代，100多年，而這個瓷盤上繪製的是當年的日本地圖，上面領土最遠只有到琉球，根本沒有釣魚島，日本天皇時代對於領土主權，釣魚島不在其內，今昔對照，釣魚島主權爭議，似乎有另一種歷史證明。

　　古董收藏者黃偉：“這是1830年，日本仁孝天皇登基時，所燒制的一個瓷盤。”

　　小心翼翼地將瓷盤從盒子中拿出來，這個盤子來頭可不小，黃先生家族已經珍藏了6代，當年他的祖先是台南的望族，在1896年日據時代時，第3任總督送給他們的，已經傳承116年，而這個瓷盤不只是古董，更對台灣有不同意義。

　　黃偉：“這個盤子所展現的就是，當年他們的整個日本的版圖，從這個盤子，我們明顯看一下，這個盤子的左下角，這裡，它只有到琉球，所以從這個圖我們明顯看出來，當時他們的領土並不包含釣魚島。”

　　源內燒的瓷盤，是當初仁孝天皇時代，大概1830年燒制而成，上面繪製的日本版圖，很明顯沒有看到釣魚島，最南只到琉球而已。黃偉：“所以沒有話說，釣魚島是我們的，是我們的，沒有錯。”

　　珍藏的百年傳家寶，當年日本燒制的器皿，現在因為釣魚島主權爭議，成了焦點。

還記得共產黨人民日報，１９５３年的１月８日　係咁教導國民:

“琉球群島散佈在我台灣東北和日本九洲島西南之間海面，上包括尖閣諸島、先島諸島…”

如果你細心留意, 共產黨在1971年前，都是用　”尖閣諸島”　並不是用釣魚台。這是很簡單的認知。

What you posted again and again is irrelevant.

The most important documents are the Potsdam declaration and the Cairo declaration which the various countries signed after the WWII.

Whatever Mao Tse Tung said before 1972 about Diaoyu islands was irrelevant and not representative of China's view since China and Japan had not normalized relations yet.

In December 1971, the Chinese and Japanese trade liaison offices began to discuss the possibility of restoring diplomatic trade relations, and in July 1972, Kakuei Tanaka succeeded Eisaku Satō as a new Japanese Prime Minister. Tanaka assumed a normalization of the Sino-Japanese relations. Furthermore, the 1972 Nixon visit to China encouraged the normalization process. His visit to Beijing culminated in the signing a joint statement on September 29, 1972. It established diplomatic relations between Japan and the PRC. In a point of Chinese view, an impressive compromise was attained. The Japanese agreed to most of the PRC’s demands, including the political status of Taiwan.

The joint communiqué says:[5]

        The Government of Japan recognizes that Government of the People's Republic of China as the sole legal Government of China.

        The Government of the People's Republic of China reiterates that Taiwan is an inalienable part of the territory of the People's Republic of China. The Government of Japan fully understands and respects this stand of the Government of the People's Republic of China, and it firmly maintains its stand under Article 8 of the Postsdam Proclamation.

        The Government of Japan and the Government of People's Republic of China have decided to establish diplomatic relations as from September 29, 1972.

Diaoyu islands belong to China according to this Japanese professor Kiyoshi Inoue.

The islands which are being called the Senkaku Islands in Japan and to which the Japanese Government claims title have historically been definitely China's territory. As the victor in the 1894-95 war with Ching (China), Japan seized these islands along with Taiwan and the Penghu Islands and incorporated them into Okinawa Prefecture as Japanese territory. The Cairo Declaration jointly issued by China, the United States and British during World War II stipulates the return to China by Japan of all the territory she had stolen from China during and after the Japan-Ching war, including Taiwan and Manchuria. The Potsdam Proclamation issued by the allies stipulates that Japan must carry out the clauses of the Cairo Declaration. These islands have been automatically reverted to China as its territory just as Taiwan has been automatically returned to China from the time Japan unconditionally accepted the Cairo Declaration and the Posdam Proclamation and surrendered to the allies including China. It follows that these islands are territory of the People's Republic of China, the only authority over the entire China.

最權威都係 開羅宣言 和 波茨坦公告 等國際法律文件.
