Will see. Time will tell... Don't over-react how it will affect HK, it might but it won't be that severe as you think. Stay calm, I don't want you fy to be Mr. Nervous.

The only worst thing could be another quake starts shaking the area again and lead to a true nuclear outbreak, but hay, who knows. Maybe tomorrow comes the day of doom.

As always, I used to rely on reasonable assumption and careful observation.

日本大地震引發的核事故擴大，福島第一核電站二號機組的核燃料棒，深夜再度全部露出水面，出現堆芯熔化危險，當局在十多公里處探測到核輻射量超標二百六十倍；二號機組的冷卻系統出現問題，晚上反應堆水位急速下降，令到四米高的核燃料棒一度完全露出水面約兩個半小時，堆芯處於空燒狀態，當局加注海水，令反應堆水位一度回升至核燃料棒的一半，核電站一號及三號機組，在前日及今日中午前先後發生氫氣爆炸，今日的爆炸造成十一名員工受傷；日本核能安全局承認，兩個機組中心已經部分損壞，堆心有熔解可能性。

內閣官房長官枝野幸男表示，二號反應堆出現大規模氫氣爆炸的可能性較低，即使出現最壞情況，也不會像烏克蘭切爾諾貝爾核災難那樣的情況；但部署在對開一百多公里外的美軍列根號航空母艦，探測到有低量輻射污染，美軍即時將部署在附近的軍艦及戰機撤離。

Tokyo is just 150-170miles away ... Chiba and Narita is even closer ...

Shouldn't worry too much here... The background radiation may have increased, but certainly not to a level that will affect health.
