在下到現在，都唔知道遊客在溫哥華，例如停留七日，可以怎樣開通本地手機服務。聽講全部都要local address + local credit card

You can buy 7-11 sim cards with cash, I think.

I opened a few accounts for friends, before they arrive, with Rogers and Fido.  They just need a local address, you can give them anything - they don't check.  And CC is not needed for pre-paid.
