How to ignore/prevent the black ants invade my home? It seems they come from my patio door.  Should I buy sth. from Home depot or any natural thing to kick them out?  Coz I have dog at home and worry about the chemicals can harm to my dog

So expensive to have pest control.  Dude.. u guys always give the most expensive answer.

Go to Home Depot.  Ask them for the spray for anti-ant.  But you have to keep spraying every few days.
Or buy the Ant food.  They eat it, and will bring more ant to eat the food.. Then the entire colony will die in few days.    ALL LAY TALL FUK.

I suggested to consult professional pest control company for advices, then do it yourself.
For example: a bottle of RAID is cheap, but anyone who have real problem with cockroaches know it is not that simple.
Black Ants would cause serious damage to the house so better get a good solution to fix the problem permanently.

Do you really expect a professional will give you a free advice and let you go home and do it yourself?  LOL..

They will paint a scary picture and make you believe you won't be abel to do it yourself and you have to hire them..... and they won't tell you the solution. The ONLY solution is to hire them.

sometimes cost might not really be a factor if the professional did a superb job.

but then.. it's better to hire someone you or your friends already know.  The price might be cheaper.
