想學攝影,但唔知從邊度學起,朋友話好貴,一聽到貴,我就怕,因為家庭條件唔好,無咁多余錢買工具

What's your budget? It's way cheaper these days... There are so many used equipments in the market...

photography is all about shutter, aperture, lighting and composition. equipments are just tools

there are cheaper choices if you don't mind older models like the xt, xti, xsi
I sticked with this lens (actually an older one, without IS) for about 3 years until I got a better job to upgrade
so you don't have to go expensive on camera if you are not ready to pay that much money

I guess you're talking about digital photography but not film photography? But anyways, "photography" could be a lifetime process for you to learn! Depends on how deep you want to know. The world keeps changing, and so does photography. The theories, techniques, and trends you learnt today might be outdated in the future. But of course, you can start learning basics on the free internet world first, see how you feel like it before investing real money.

Then you should first read through the instruction manual la! Operating the camera is one thing, which is the very basic, to talk about "photography" is already another level.
