My question right from the beginning is - "how can people be such ignorant believing there won't be security zone in place wherever and whenever an important government leader goes?   Can those ignorant people give an example from any country and any national leader showing that there is no security zone wherever and whenever he/she goes."

Whatever name you want to call that "zone". It is undeniable there will be a such restricted zone for the purpose of providing security protection to people needed to be protected.

It is not a matter of agreeing with me or not. Not knowing the fact and denying the fact is ignorant to me. People can prove I am the one being ignorant by providing counter examples and proof.

No reasonable people against their is a need to protest person safety of the leader.

Dude, the discussion is to what extend the security measure should be.  Is there a need to make the security zone that large.

The topic is should the police force silents any protest? prevents reporters to report on the news?  Are students being detained unreasonably?  Why chief changes his story about security handling in HKU?  Why the chief changes the story 3 times regarding the arrest of the person wears a 6/4 Tee? Why the leader was placed in a higher standing when it should be rated according to academic achievements?  Why the administration use words "complete garbage" to simple inquires on very touchy subject?  

Yet, you fail to see all these, and ask again and again we needs to have security zone when on one ask this question.

Dude, "竟然有人" did not refer to you originally. I said that in post #4 when you had not joined the discussion yet. I just laughed at Lik who was such ignorant to advocate the security zone should not exist.
It was you who tried to show me the “evidence” to counter my question asking – “anyone can give me an example showing any national leader around the world does not need to have security zone in place”.

If you believe in there is no security zone needed or required for the purpose of protecting national leader under any circumstance. That person will certainly include you as well.

Just give me one example and it is enough to prove I am the one being ignorant.

The video I posted is to show, while there is a security need, the other human rights  are not suspended here in Canada.  i.e. people are allowed to protest, and allowed to have a different point of view.

Security measure applied depends on the risk level. Will you say protest is allowed in every appearance of the national leaders of western countries?
