Peter Peter, there are so many liars in the railway ministry... Not only you get trapped, some seniors in CCP get trapped as well... don't rely on the official source if I were you...

Calm down a bit... I see Rocky's comment as a more neutral tone than what you have interpret...

Even Rocky is a bit conservative for some cases. But to be fair, you can't prove he's wrong either. We need some positive energy in the forum...
