India is democratic country with a British law system. What can we expect from a corrupt British system?
India's per capita GDP is only about 1/3 of China's GDP.
In Japan the people dare not complain against such cases since they think like robots, that is why the data is low.

LOL~

A corrupt British system? Is it anywhere nearly as corrupt as the one in China?
(really, this one is just far too easy la )

So they think like robots in Japan, eh? Well guess what, workers get worked harder than robots at Foxconn in Shenzhen! Plus, in China, the boss won't need to harass the female workers ar mah. He will most likely just try to pay her a couple hundred bucks to get straight into her pants instead.

In democratic India, the corruption is way more rampant than in China, due to the corrupt British system and culture. In the UK, harassment cases and scandals have led to the dismissal of many legislators.
In fact, corruption in China is improving rapidly, as can be seen in the rapid economic growth. The reason that China is so much more developed than India is because of less and less corruption. China's per capita GDP is about 3 times that of India. China's literacy rate is way higher than India's. China's infrastructure is way better than in India.

Japan's AV culture is just so rampant and pervasive. Harassment and other animal acts are accepted as normal anyway.
