Nothing new...
Pump up bra came out more than 20 years ago. The biggest problem is, customers complain about these bras are really bad in ventilation, thus make them have rashes or sweat a lot. Also, since it is air only, no weight at all, it looks really weird and unnatural.
Some manufacturers used to put this design in bikini too. Obviously, not for diving.
