扑車黨列市商場橫行 專偷財物及傷殘人士泊車證

列市蘭士登路(Lansdowne Rd.)的一個柏文發生31輛汽車遭破壞或盜竊的案件後，騎警昨日證實該處和附近地域發生類似的案件數字近期升，市內最近更出現一群活躍的汽車爆竊匪徒，他們的目標是傷殘汽車泊車證，警方懷疑賊人將爆竊得來的泊車證轉手出售。

列市騎警發言人沃克(Tammy-Lyn Walker)昨日表示，第3路(No.3 Rd.)夾蘭士登路附近柏文發生汽車遭不法之徒破壞或偷去財物外，該段路面一帶商場，包括蘭士登商場中心、列治文中心商場(Richmond Centre Mall)和八百伴中心(Yaohan Centre)等，近期成為汽車竊匪的目標。

騎警又說，還有不少傷殘人士的車輛成為針對目標，遭不法之徒打破車窗偷去泊車證。賊人偷去有關泊車證後，將廉價兜售「套現」。

Whoever is BUYING those stolen "傷殘人士泊車證" should be ASHAMED!!!!
If no one is buying them, no one will steal the pass and cost damage to the real 傷殘人士's cars.

Sigh...... same as shark's fin. If nobody eats it, nobody will do sharks fining............ >_<
Feel very sorry for those already handicapped, they have to get their car fixed, and to reapply for a new permit....
