Oh... and also ask them when's their last call (closing time). Just in case, your friends/family want to continue drinking, etc... Cuz some place might charge you extra if your event last longer than the schedule time...
yeah...make sure u ask them about the tax, coz it is quite alot of money...and tips as well, most places charge 12%-15%, but of coz the lower the better......and also u can try to bargain on the menu too....that's what i did......i got a lower price of the menu but with better food.......

they already said that they will not charge "opening wine bottle" fees
yea.. i think free pops should be easy to get..just $10 per table..most restaurant will give it to you... and ask abt the decoration time too.. (ex. when u can come to rrestaurant and decorate..usually after 4pm) most restaurant are reasonable for the closing time. before 11pm should be fine too..
For the tax... i dun think u really need to ask unless they say it out to you.. coz it's up to you to pay how many % tips.. for my restaurant.. the manager told us we have to pay at least 13% already..and he wrote it on the deposit receipt...but if they didnt say anything..of coz u can pay 10% la.. *coz at the beginning of the dinner..you have to give red pockets to those servers and managers anyways*
