無錯，有啲人的確會係又吠、唔係又吠。但唔該你條盲丙擘大隻眼睇清楚啲，今次鬍鬚曾呢個預算案，學者又鬧佢、窮人又鬧佢、中產又鬧佢、各個政黨（包括保皇派嘅民賤聯同工聯會）都一齊勁插佢。當全世界都齊齊咁來包抄插佢呢個預算案嘅時候，你係咪好應該問吓自己，呢個財政預算案係咪真係無問題、唔需要diu呢？

Can I ask you – under what kind of situation a government would or should give out cash? In my opinion, there are two kind of situations a government would do this.

1)        It needs to buy vote and support from its people;

2)        The economy is slow and it needs to stimulate the economy by encouraging consumer spending. Giving out cashing directly to the hands of citizen is an effective way to encourage spending and increase business activities.   

One of the reasons people ask for cash is they want these cash from the government to fight inflation. Do you agree? Tell us your own opinion.

It's funny they don't talk about alcohol tax at all, while it used to go with tobacco tax. I guess most of them (rich people and 高官) are wine lovers.
