    all RCMP & police in Canada are cowards, they won't risk their lives for anything or anyone... someone told me that they shouldn't have taser as it's dangerous to the public but I think without taser will be more dangerous as they will probably use their gun even for a "car break-in thief", shall we take away all their guns? sick!!!!

for the police part, there are really nothing much they can do, even they arrest the kids, they won't be able to touch them, and the court won't accept cases like this lor...
courts here wouldn't even waste the enegy to build cases for drug dealing @ downtown east side after the police arrested the drug dealers la.... sigh...

This is very true. Even if they arrest them, it's hard to put a case like this through. Kids only get a few years for murder... so scribbling on the wall??!!
So if they do arrest these kids, it's mostly for building public relationship since it's been reported by the media now. These kids won't get any jail time.
