need to hire someone to install a garburator

i just bought an apartment, but it doesn't come with garburator..just wondering how much would that be to hire a person to install a garburator?
any recommendation?

i am thinking to get it either from homedepot, canadian tire or sears, but i don't know if they will offer installation services

They don't offer but can refer a few installers for you.

thank you. got a quote from a plumber for 100-200 dollars. don't know if it is reasonable, but the power outlet is hooked out already. it is just installing the garburator

whenever you need a plumber out, that's pretty much the minimum fee already.  If you aren't a DIY person, you will have to pay that much.

I think it's not difficult. If you are on a budget, Would you feel comfortable installing it yourself?
