this is insane. why is public transportion service provider charging more to car owner. but not improving their service. if their service is better, many ppl wont drive. and they just spend money like there is no tmr.
the bus lane on No. 3rd richmond is perfect example. they build that stupid bus lane and dont use it much than destory it and build that stupid skytrain. |
