請問leasehold有咩好同唔好？

睇o下你同city 同大學lease, ubc 有幾座係每年要比ubc levy,幾百至幾千不等
lease o既年期好多都係99年
false creek 附近有d 仲幾10幾年lease 就到期,我見佢o地放好耐都放唔到
如果你話好處o既話,你可以諗比平d,地方大d..
但係你要賣o既話,好多人都唔鐘意leasehold,你要慢慢諗o下

如果你真係買o左,之後再equity take out, 我估銀行會小心d, 睇o下你個lease 仲有幾耐到期,同埋你個annual levy 都會計埋入你o既expenses..

Used to own a lease hold property, it was lease by the city of Vancouver for 99 years for $1 or something very symbolic. I didn't have any problem owning or selling it. Only thing came at actual buying transaction that the lawyer wasn't aware that it was leasehold. He almost missed to deliver/request the right document but it was ok at the end.
