First, 歲晚收爐 is a Hong Kong traditional culture. What the hell does it have to do with knowing how a stove works?

Second, the writer himself also worked as a stove worker to do 歲晚修爐 as well for 3 years. READ THE ARTICLE BEFORE OPEN YOUR MOUTH, IDIOT!
