Keyed Cars over the Weekend

was supposed to go there to shop on the weekend, but decided to go to Lonsdale Quay instead coz of the nice weather...
and was supposed to watch a movie there after... but decided to go to the theatre nearby...

over 400 cars got keyed in silvercity coquitlam... every single car in the movie theatre parking lot was keyed.

I was there friday night, haven't really checked my car though...

Oh man .  that happened to me many times .. ( few yrs ago )  

Thx God ..  last 2-3 yrs ..  hasn't happened ..  I guess few yr ago .. not many nice cars around . nowaday ..  Ferrari .. Lambo .. Porsche .. AM .. Bentley etc are everywhere ..  so .. no one cares about the POTATO I drive anymore ..

Maybe it is time for me to key my car as well.... more cases = less time for investigation!!!

400 cars x $300 deductible each = $120,000 deductible collected.

400 cars x $1500 for an avg paint job on most cars = $600,000 at least

Will ICBC use this excuse to increase our premium or deductible next year?

"We are seeing more occurance of vehicle vandalisms, the additional cost to us minus the deductible does not make us profitable enough!"
