車牌種類

平時響街見到係Beautiful British Columbia...
舊年開始見到Vancouver 2010

最近我見到紅色底白色字既BC車牌,次次見親都係CC開頭仲要係唐人開既
唔知果隻係乜車牌?

That is the newest Consular plate. I see lots of those in downtown area, all get privileged free street parking under their consulate office.

i see those guys almost once a day!....any why are they all chinese?...i am sure that there are other countries' diplomats in vancouver too...what dont i see them?
