Honda Civic continues to catch the eye of car theives

VANCOUVER (NEWS1130) - Its an oldie but a goodie, at least when it comes to car thieves. The Insurance Bureau of Canada says Honda Civics remain the car of choice, especially the 1999 and 2000 Honda Civic SiR 2 door. They top the list for the third straight year with the hot looking 2004 Subaru Impreza WRX/WRX STi 4 door all-wheel-drive in third, followed by the '99 Acura Integra 2 door. In fifth place, for crooks with families seem to like the 1994 Dodge and Plymouth minivans.

Think twice when you want to buy a used car...the price for the car might not be high but the insurance could do quite a bit of 'damage'...

Anyone with one of those cars can post how much they're paying for insurance?

haha spoonek4 had his 00 SiR for 3 years? and my friends had it for 3 years and they both had no theft issue...

i guess a nicely installed alarm plus parking at safe spot, it helps...
