You will know when you are married and have your own babies.., when both of you have to work while your relatively and parents won't be able to help!!

Not that I wouldn't selectively try to find the right person, but you never know.

Both my wife and I have to work, and we did find a nanny (Chinese) who take care of my son start 6 months old until recently..!  But then we treat our nanny very very nice as well just like family.

I always wonder, why there are parents dare to give their beloved baby/child to "strangers", especially there are those kinds of scary news almost everyday!
