實際做食品真係要講良心, 燒田鼠無問題, 燒老鼠都是食品一種, 但衛生確是一個問題.

標明係老鼠, 人地買唔買, 可以自己決定.

去台灣夠時時食串雞pat pat, 燒到拍拍聲, 仲好野味添. 燒街鼠就難頂, 諗吓都有點驚. 仲要話係乳鴿就太過了.

No clue... But from the video, rat meat is white (?), whereas pigeon is a bit reddish...

This is probably faked rat meat.Why would anyone use rat meat? You have to catch these rats. The easy way is to just use some flour and add some colour and flavour.
