大家都知大家樂呀陳生諗縮數, o係最低工資既合法情況下去減低人工既開支. 作為一個生意人, 有咁既諗法真係完全冇問題架wor.

而家最大既問題, 唔係話有人諗縮數, 而係話佢身為最低工資委員會既一份子, 神又係佢, 鬼又係佢.
不過, 佢做野d 咁小家既野, 慳得果百零萬, 搞到大家樂image 差哂, 呢d 咪叫做得不償失law.

同埋，我真係覺得MJJ你嘅閱讀同理解能力都好有問題囉。佢太刻薄就哽係要認自己扣飯鐘薪金啦，佢所唔認嘅係諗縮數，而且仲要扮晒大仁大義咁話對員工好同只係配合政府嘅最低工資條例，仲要拉埋人地麥記、美記等等不溜都唔俾飯鐘錢，又明明有工人張糧單人工低咗都講大話話唔會俾員工有收少過九月份糧。講咁多野全部都係藉口啦～

啲人憎佢偽善呀！呢啲咪叫做又要威、又要帶頭盔囉！枉你個MJJ仲要幫佢口話唔係！

Just want to correct the wrong informtion Somewhereintime gave you. No requirement for "paid coffee break" according to BC employment standard. Employers are not required to give either coffee or lunch breaks. They can ask employees to work 8 hours continously as long as they pay and employees agree to do as asked.

yes and no. That clause must be verbal and will not appear in the contract for 99.9%, if it goes to court you are making yourself into trouble... you better review your info in "details"...

The provision of coffee break is to encourage productivity and morale.
I cannot believe staffs who work 8 hours straight without break would
perform well.
But then, lots of workers in Chinatown or Indian farms never have
coffee break or minimum pay. I've never pay any staff below industry
average wage or taking away their legit right, i.e. coffee break or holiday
pay.
