I think the decision to this question depends on your earning power. To put things to perspective, the infinite DCF for $20 a day, assuming 4% inflation per year (which is the average gov't reported inflation for the US for the past 100 years), is NPV of about $182k. For 50 years is about 160k.
This is assuming there's nothing near hyper inflation to the USD.
Having that said, rumored 飯局價s for even just HK actresses are way higher than this number. So it can be considered as a bargain  |
