these awesome retention plans are only avaliable for old customers
i got the retention plan for both of the accts under my name..
so i tried to open a new account to get the same deal
i opened an account after nov 4/08, and they wouldn't give me anything

english is definitely the way to go.
must mention you are looking at offers from their competitors.
tell them you will think about it first.

i think the best plan they are willing to give is the one we have mentioned in the post here...
you may try for more, but i think it'd be pushing it.
