My friend lives in Vanouver, I think a Richmond Chinese Doctor is close to her.  Any recommendation is appreciated.

I know a chinese doctor in West Broadway Fairmount medical center. Dr. Zhang. He's fluent in English, cantonese, Mandarin and shanghainese. He is also the consultant for UBC and St. Joseph Hospital. He also makes tests for the gov't to exam other Chinese docs for licensing.

I've referred many of my friends and they've then, referred their family and friends to see him. I don't want to sound like i am "selling" him here. If you are interested, PM me.
