haha~ i actually did go to bearfoot and had caribou meat... quite an experience... but honestly not sure if it worth the price...
i would say take the gondola up to the peak and do a hike.... it's quite scenic up there... there are also the different lakes you can go around and just sort of relax...
and also depending on the day you go, there are different events up in whistler... like sunday they have farmer's market at the base of blackcomb mountain...
i picked monkido over the zip-treking because it was cheaper..
but it was so hard for me because i don't do any sort of sports..
but it was very fun.
walking across swinging logs... rolling balls..
and there was one.. where u gotta grab to a rope and swing yourself accross to another side..
and then "hit" a net, and try to grab on to the net & then climb up to another tree.. [img][/img]
the 3-course meal was included in the atv package already. so i didn't have to pay extra for the dinner unless you order drinks. gratuity is always on top, of course.
as for the cost of food in general at whistler village... i don't think they are that expensive unless you go to araxi or any other fine dining restaurants. if you want to eat cheap, you can always order pizza (oven baked) or burgers or hotdogs etc. and there's always old spaghetti factory.
our atv group had a total of 7 people plus one teacher. this is located at the high point at cougar mountain. we parked the cats and had pictures with the postcard-like whister background
