i am thinking of scrapping TV altogether. You get prtty much everything from internet enyway.
anybody using rogers stick for internet? is it good?

Shaw calbe sucks and I have been without TV since 911.
The Rogers 3G is fast and flexible,  You can use it in your car or boat. I carry it to and from  Alberta and works fine,
the only problem with the portable internet is the data transfer, which would be very
costly if you need to download a lot

Anyone remember the City Wide Internet access from Fido before Rogers swallow it up ?

I heard the US has the FREE city wide internet access available, but was blocked by ROGER and TELUS as they claimed BC is their tuff - no FREE access ! cause it needs the support from CRTC  or the government - too bad -  the monopoly wants to squeeeeeeeeeeeeeeze till very last drop
