Lobsters are either freshly killed, or boiled and refrigerated. Fresh is both safer and taste better.
Once killed, the quality deteriorate very quickly and money goes down to the drain
well... the easyest way to cook it... is cook one big pot of water, cook teil boil, put lobster in, keep boil for 8 mins (2lb lobster), it would come out very nicely, and just milt some butter(the hard one).. i prefer with salt, but it's really up to you
