如題, 到底邊豎有好煲仔飯, 大家發表一下以往愉快 / 不快經歷

The frozen frog legs are nothing closed to the fresh(Live)one in HK

Make sure they are not freezer burn.
Defrost in light salted water, pat dry with towel ...

Defrost in light salted water, pat dry with towel,
marinate with ginger juice and wine for 2 hours.
tossed with tapioca starch, red date and cloud ear fungus.
Cook hot pot rice for 8 minutes, add frog legs and cook for
5 minutes. Turn off heat and allow to steep for another 5 minutes.

I do it year round, in fact, I just cooked  frog leg hot pot rice last night.
