also, if you don't allow multiple accounts with one ip address, husband/wife/kid will need to share the same account.  they may share the computer ma.  so i can just register my new account in a web cafe.  so don't waste time.

People can use multiple ip and multiple email to apply multiple account.  What's good for this feature?  What not add tracking of ip so we can know where each person lives?
