內 地 年 吃 300 萬 噸 坑 渠 油
　　(星島日報報道)將地溝油回收後加工再用是內地一個非法的暴利行業，據有關專家推算，中國每年食用返回的地溝油高達三百萬噸，吃十餐飯就有可能吃到一餐地溝油。而這種油含有大量致癌物黃曲素，其毒性較砒霜還高百倍。

　　據北京《環球時報》報道，全國糧油標準化委員會油料和油脂工作組組長，武漢工業學院食品科學與工程學院教授何東平對地溝油問題研究了已七年，他表示地溝油重回餐桌的情況在中國十分普遍：「你一定吃過地溝油」。

　　全國各地都有從事地溝油回收的非法業者，他們每天從下水道裏撈取那些暗淡混濁、略呈紅色的膏狀物，僅僅經過一夜的過濾、加熱、沉澱、分離，就能讓這些散發覑惡臭的垃圾變身為清亮的「食用油」，最終通過低價銷售，重返人們的餐桌。

　　這種被稱作「地溝油」的三無產品，其主要成分仍然是甘油三酯，卻又比真正的食用油多了許多致病、致癌的毒性物質。

　　何東平估計，目前每年返回餐桌的地溝油有二百至三百萬噸。而中國人一年的動、植物油消費總量大約是二千二百五十萬噸，即吃十頓飯，可能有一頓碰上地溝油。但目前還沒有辦法能找到迅速檢測和鑒別地溝油的方法。

　　據了解，從餐飲業的餐廚垃圾中提煉一噸地溝油，成本僅三百元人民幣左右。

　　回收提煉之後，就算只按食用油市場價格的一半出售，每月也能賺一萬多元，相當於高級白領的收入。
