SFU just posted that they will charge for ordering transcripts. It used to be free....

Some universities were stupid not to charge you when you order, but leave the charges in your student account.  Once you graduate, the student account is meaningless.

You should be lucky that SFU is late for doing this, my university and I believe others have been charging $10 5 years ago.
