香港，今夜我為你哭了。

各位打工仔，也許你們仍為張宇人的廿蚊時薪言論感到憤怒。

各位想置業的人士，也許你們仍為香港哪些私人樓宇沒有縮水得這麼厲害而煩惱。

各位無力上車的巿民，也許你們仍在想為何本應屬於人民的土地會被地產商操控，令香港樓宇成為炒賣而非住人的地方。

各位師奶，也許你們仍在想為何買日用品時要默默承受著百佳惠康的加價、壟斷。

各位小商戶，也許你們仍在想為何自己會被領匯欺壓，不斷加租。

各位藍領工人，也許你們仍在想為何自己只有十二日的勞工假，而非真正的十七日公眾假，然後代表商家的議員（又是張廿蚊）還要說你們貪得無厭。

各位，你們還有種種對香港社會的各種不滿。但是你們總不會認真去想，這些問題與香港不民主制度有著根本性的關係。當有人去向你們解釋的時候，你們卻不會認真去聽，然後以「我不懂政治」為由而放棄去了解、繼而繼續自以為政治制度與自己無關。

香港人，我真很懷疑你的智商。

各位自稱支持民主的朋友，你們明知這一次變相公投是對香港民主發展何等重要，但是你們仍然不肯出來。你們真的是支持香港有民主嗎？

各位手上有選民的巿民，你們聽傳媒說這個公投是「起義」、很激，所以不去投票。但是，你們卻不會去了解起義的真正意義，只隨著傳媒去玩那低能的文字遊戲。

各位巿民，你們也許說社民連很暴力、不理性，但卻從來不去了解他們行動背後的因由，而只看最表面的動作。當有人去向你們解釋的時候，（就像上面提過一樣）你們卻不會認真去聽，然後以「我不懂政治」為由而放棄去了解、再繼續跟著權貴的論調聞歌起舞、大罵「暴力」。

香港人，我真很懷疑你的智商。

各位，明明今次政府對它口中的補選出盡陰招，搬開投票站、誇大選舉經費等，你們卻可以視若無睹，而忘記香港人經常說我們最注重公平競爭。

香港人，我真很懷疑你的智商。

其實，我開始明白為何大專2012的團隊出來啓動公投，卻與公社兩黨持相同立場。因為他們不想香港一些看多兩隻字都不願意的盲毛，就此誤會自己是建制派，斷送一生。

又或者，香港人，也許你們看過上面一大堆文字，卻連我到底在說香港甚麼事情都不知道。

今天我第一次出來做campaign，認識了阿Roy、Jason等人，老實說，獲益良多。但是我不知道還有沒有機會一起作戰，因為我根本不知道，香港是否真的值得我為民主制度、公平社會而繼續努力。

今夜，是我自零二、零三年開始渴望香港有真民主後，為香港感到最難過的一夜。我不知道我要何時才能恢復過來。

今夜，我真的很想有個肩膀，讓我抱住大哭一場。

The list says if the NEW house is over $525K, there will be a max. rebate of $26.5K on the exceeded amount. As $525K is over my budget for ANY house already, I could not care less.

    I don't think there are many free-standing houses in City of Vancouver
    for under $550,000. Maybe a hundred???

yes it is true, they are included the luxury tax in the hst, so you don't need to p ...

Just looking at the list, it seems only NEW house over $525K need to pay HST. Not sure how many people guys will be affected, I have no money and surely cannot afford a $525K new home.

There is also a rebate of $26.5K, which I am not sure how it is calculated.

yes it is true, they are included the luxury tax in the hst, so you don't need to pay additional tax to $50,000+? car.  but they don't promise the luxury tax won't add back in the future.  yes, if you get a luxury car every year or two, it will probably even out.  but how many people will get a luxury car often ar.  so it will only benefit the rich people.  you may think a person who own a $50k vehicle is not rich, but still so many people is still driving, kia, honda, toyota, ford and...

for new house over $xx, you will need to pay hst instead of gst, so another 7%.

Isn't it true, for buying big item, such as buying a car, with new HST, will pay LESS tax? Friend of mine said he is not going to buy a car until the HST kicks in, so he doesn't need to pay Luxury tax ...  which is like 3 or 4% different ..  so say average, on a $80K car, that is ~ $3K different ..   I understand you guys may pay a bit more on small items with HST .. but seems like will save more at the end of the day because of saving big money on big item?  ( and how about house? just HST instead of PST+GST?)
