Should I buy the LCD monitor for my computer before the HST?

Unless you are having someone to install it for you, then it makes no difference because HST applies to service, not general merchandise.

You will probably save the recycling fee if you buy in US, but so far, I have not seen US has that much price difference to justify bring a LCD back.

yeah....better yet, if you have friends/relatives, just stay overnight x2, then you can bring back the LCD no issues

buy the monitor in the state after july 1st.
no state tax, no duty, just hst(if you are not lucky enough).
