消 息 人 士 指 出 ， 雅 虎 內 部 正 考 慮 與 競 爭 對 手 Google 合 作 ， 對 抗 微 軟 提 出 的 收 購 建 議 。

兩 位 消 息 人 士 說 ， 雅 虎 認 為 微 軟 提 出 的 446 億 美 元 收購 建 議 ， 低 估 公 司 價 值 。 消 息 說 ， 雅 虎 與 Google 可 能 的 合 作 方 式 ， 是 雅 虎 採 用 Google 的 搜 索 器 服 務 。
