I  completed  many courses in Canada, but none in cooking.
I attained 1300 points in term of   Education & Leadership,
1 Bachelor degree= 40 points, you do the math....

Do you mind to share with us what type of courses did you take and how many courses have you completed? Maybe I would be intersted some of those courses as well.

across the globe. My students are teaching professional chef training courses.

Cantonese has been eating raw fish for the last 2000 years. We only use soy source, no wasabi.
