As a retail store, the location is waay tooo bad. The price are really not THAT attractive, NCIX will not be challenged.

Having a large retail store as a "computer + accessories" on main focus, it will not last very long....

Went there yesterday afternoon, the place was huge but empty.  Sales person are very friendly.

Went there at 4:00pm on last Saturday, there were more sale persons than customer.

bad location, the place may be too big for their business because there are so many empty spaces.

I went there last sunday; lucky that I can park in front of the store.. I bought their special samsung dvd external drive for $39.99 + taxes; I checked ncix 's website ($59.99) before I buy it..
I also bought a camera stand for my boyfriend
I paid my product at customer services.. heehee. no line up there..

I don't want line up for an hour to pay my things..

good customer services..

but they carry those cheap acer or asus laptops and some brands that I never heard of

haha I had to park in superstore (which I luckily found one space) and went for lunch there before I had over Memory Express.

The store looks very empty.

Based on those Demo PC stations, I think they are targeting at those new immigrants who can spend quite a lot on electronics. With the PM minus 5% policy, I'm wondering if they can balance their book...

went there this weekend.  It seemed so empty in big store.  Imagine this was the old Future shop with variaties of different appliances and entertainment section.  Now it was only tvs and computer stuff.

Nothing was particularly cheap and caught my eyes.
