Planning to have cheese fondue this coming Thursday. 你地通常會放咩料? I usually have prawn, steak (cube shape), zucchini, bread, mushroom. Any other suggestions?
I just bought the cheese at Save on Food. It is specially made for fondue and packed in a paper box. You won't miss it because it has a fondue picture shown on the box. I believe you can get it at any supermarket. I did add a little bit of milk cuz I don't want it to be too thick.
May I ask what cheese you will use for the cheese fondue, how about the chocolate fondue? Use the special cheese / chocolate for fondue only or I can buy the regular cheese / chocolate is fine. Do I need to add the white wine on the cheese fondue and the milk for the chocolate fondue too?
