given super store's prices
can you really ask for much more?

if you have money you can always go to those smaller organic stores

I go through 6 Kg of  home made organic yogurt  every week ,
so I buy fair amount of Organic milk. Usually at Famous Food or Capers

    really. I drink organic milk too....good to know whole foods may have more chances for discount.

Yeah... I am trying not to buy from any of the supermarket but it's hard.
After 10pm at night, I am stuck with Save-on or Safeway.

I found that organic milk at Save-on isnt' so great... I guess not many ppl buy from there... But I don't want to carry heavy milk on skytrain from whole foods.
(price is similar and the chance of them on sale is higher at whole foods vs save-on)

Superxxxxx is no good,

but do not count on Sxxxwxx either, I have a friend working
at the butcher dept, they do the same thing.
My friend works at the BBy store and he told me not to go there.

I never buy perishable in Superstore - Meat, seafood, dairy, bakery... they're poor quality compare to elsewhere - Save On, Safeway
