蘭桂坊 is still the same as before. We saw the same lady boss, but now with a new Chiu chow partner.
The 蘭桂坊 fusion menu is still available.
I don't understand why you keep on saying 蘭桂坊 is not there.

Ben from Chow Times went but he didn't order any Chiu Chow dish except the congee.
The congee looks a bit too thick for Chiu Chow style one...
Ben is a Malaysian so he may not have too much experience with Chiu Chow style cuisine.

I went few weeks ago with some friends.  The location is weird though, right in the middle of industrial buildings (but very close to Ironwood mall).  Food is still good.  Just remember, if you can order the dishes in advance, do it, otherwise the wait is long.
