是日頭, morning office hour, I am willing to pay to places like Easy Park. I know the parking at Seymour and Pender is quite cheap but not sure how quick it will be filled up during morning hours.
If you want to save, there are some free street parking south of Robson. you have to walk a bit. otherwise, park at pacific center or just take skytrain
