I believe I have a Core 2 Duo E4400, maybe 1x DDR1 1GB. You can take them and buy a LGA 775 board and add HDD and power supply...

Or, have a look here... http://dfsdirect.ca/ They are Dell's off lease, returned.

how cheap do you want? you could get some end-of-life kind of components very cheap at ncix/apower/etc...

and you have warranty for at least a week
